| Small, unassuming pub that was full of OAP's when I was in, attracted perhaps by the "Emmerdale" connection, or by the fact that they serve generous 35ml spirit measures. Lounge is divided into two sections, with a pool table in the back. A sign on the bar advertised for landlords and landladies as part of the "Commer Inn" organisation, but you have to wonder what small pubs like this one can do to attract the younger, affluent drinkers who'll buy ludicrously priced vodka drinks all night until they puke. That's where the money is, after all. | |||
