| This bar seems to be divided into two, with a lounge at the front and a disco through the back. I didn't check the disco out, as I was too busy watching a football game I couldn't hear on Sky Sports in the lounge. Couldn't hear because of the disco music. Bit of a weird place this, I thought, from the female bouncer on the door to the Drag Act being advertised on a Sunday night. Could it be popular with the York gay crowd, I wondered, but not aloud. The place was a bit tacky and dingy, the overall impression being of darkness and neon. Beer was good though. | |||
