| When I entered into a deserted lounge-come-restaurant and ordered a pint of John's, I noticed a pool game going on in the room next door. Glancing at the bar, I spotted various trophies on show, so if you fancy yourself as a bit of a hustler, this might be the place to visit. Otherwise I wouldn't bother. Maybe it was a quiet night when I was in, but the local cemetery has more life in it. I hate pubs that feel like an enormous brightly lit sitting-room, and this was a prime example. | |||
